New Commercial Lots

Aldea Zama, Tulum, Quintana Roo (Mexico)

 

The “concept” for the design of 3 new commercial lots in the new area under construction of Aldea Zama in Tulum, Mexico.

The project includes a 4-storey building, intended for commercial business (mainly clothing and catering shops), offices and a SPA with private access to the Rooftop, where there are 2 panoramic pools and a “Temazcal” (typical Mexican ceremonial sauna).

Everything develops around a central gallery with the 2 glazed pools on the roof, which softly filter dynamic light waves.

Inside, an imposing stone wall also works as a waterfall, which ends in a tropical fish tank, while all around are elevated paths with bridges and a panoramic lift.
