The project of one of the 2 Villas, commissioned by a Company that works in the Real Estate industry in Kazakhstan, which sells luxury villas in a catalog, especially in the newly built lots, with similar size and regular shape.

The first proposal is a villa of about 350 square meters in the Neo-Classical Italian style, clearly inspired by the Venetian master Andrea Palladio with obviously the suitable modern needs.

On the ground floor in addition to the garage and common areas, there is also a small Wellness Room, while the entire sleeping area is on the first floor with large double bedrooms and all comforts.
